how to use white enchant stone ?

Go to forify equipment. There's an enchant tab inside that menu. There select the weapon you want to enchant and there you go

i cant . it says equipment forge , something like that

Click on the reinforce button and from there you should see tabs at the top of the window. Click on the one that says enchant. The only items that can be enchanted are weapons that are either ultimate lvl or ones that have been spirit forged.

it's level 30 . i cant use the white enchant stone on it

for forged gears (equipment forge from hachigen) i think you have to spirit forge a weapon before you use enchant stones

but for ulti weapon, you can do it directly without spirit forge

You will have to spirit forge your weapons before being able to enchant them (Level 50+ gear like shadowkill and above only) Then, you can infuse them until you get the desired skill.
