I deposited $10 on 4/28 and have not received my gold:(

umm, did you mean 3/28? Today is 4/2 so yeah. Send an email to support about your situation and they might be able to help you out. I hear between 8-10 pm (CT) on mon.-thurs. are the best times to email them. Hopefully that helps :D
