help

so I have a bug

on march 31 I got rank 5 captain

and on april 1 I got rank 5 lutenant

and today again I got rank 5 captain

please help

When you get to the 5th division captain rank you must atleast get min of 5k prestige per day. If you can't meet those requirements your rank will be downgraded.
