Designated Refine
what does designated refine do ?It basically gives you a better version of the refine you already have. Say you have, hit rate 3.3%, Agility 340, and wisdom 388. Yeah, no problem bro xD actually it doesnt give you better stats. It just keeps same stats you already have in that item and you can reroll those. Not imo worth it. 388 could become 400 or 350, its only a chance.
