Does manually lowering your battle power influence Hueco Mundo Opponents?
I've seen some people mention this but it was heavily disputed. Does anyone know for a fact? At what level does cross server battle begin?
The closest thing that worked for me was pressing reset before I prestiged to the point where I could have five party members. That was the only day I'd managed to finish the entire thing.
