Since u need to w8 till upgrade i think not. Better go for Ulquiorra.

Not sure, i've heard from a old player that Nel can make evil spirits and ryoka to miss, not sure trough if it is true or just his weet fantasy. But probably Ulquiorra is still better, especially for pvp.
