So tired of getting screwed out of 7 day login rewards

I have played on 4 or more different severs now and i have yet to recieve either the Zanpakuto or the gold Ichigo on any of them, what is the deal here?? Why offer it and never give it out? I really would like to know why every server I have played on has this issue. THIS IS THE BEST WAY TO LOSE CUSTOMERS in my opinion, I am just glad i havn't wasted any real money on a game that does't even give out the things it clams to.  Sincerly on extreamly dissapointed player

This is why I haven't topped-up, and I won't top-up until I receive my rewards. I refuse to pay for a game that works half-assed.

I played everyday and i didn't recieved nothing and i thought that if i w8 till the 7th day i will get them all though i didn't got anythink either  Zanpakuto neither  gold Ichigo FCK THIS GAME,I TRIED TO CONTACT GOGAMES AND THEY DIDNT EVEN ANSWER ME THEY DONT GIVE A FCK ABOUT YOU THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY FCK THIS

It's a bug, Gold Ichigo is garbage anyway and the Zanpakuto Gegetsuburi is also shit Lol
