So I bought Renji and got his level on par with the rest of the team.

early on rangiku will do more dps because of crit % for her but once renji's crit gets on par with Rangiku he will do more dps because the added 20% attack bonus he gets from weapon skill. Alright, thank you In my opinion, you should try to get renji(highly recommended) before you found ikkaku in tavern lvl 80
He can give high damage in pve and that means you can get a lot of silver for reishi and others
