Hi admin i need help/advice
I am a player in the FACEBOOK bleach online on server S1
i participated in crystal event.
I am VIP 8 there and i am sure i got most crystals in server.
But noone got prize and i was supposed to get Ultimate Ice title.

What is the matter and what will happen?
