Shin Shura Ken VS Starrk for PVP HSM PVE

title says all which is bttr in all 3 of them or which is bttr period ty

pvp starrk, pve shin shura, and HSM not sure what to say... on tosen i could beat 1v1 with starrk and not ken.. but on 5v5 i beat with ken and not starrk...

Stark i use for soul map, pvp
Hollow itch i use for Guild wars, pvp, and Ryoku
shin shura is place holder tell i get nozirashi and moded.
...then he will be used for ryoku...

i dont have hollow ichi should i use shin shura or starrk for gw?
