Camuza Nelliel worth to get her?

If i use a formation at the future with 1/2/2 ichigo or stark (vanguard) main grimmjow pantera (assaulters) and gin camuza nelliel (suport) is a good choice? Should i get nel?

Getting nel will only be good if you have alot of dodge on your van so getting ichigo over starrk for that formation is more ideal since ichigo can go over the 90%cap for both dodge and block.

For a a formation that good for pvp what you think? For pve i use now kenpachi main ikkaku rukia and kisuke now for the future i dont know.
