Crystal event (Ultimate Ice title) Problem
HiI am a player in facebook bleach online.
I participated in crystal event where Ultimate Ice title is given as first prize.
Event is over and apparently i am the player with most crystals.
Yet i did not receive any prize.
What can be done and when please?
