7 day bugs
I have 3 other emails i sent to [email protected] and have yet to heard back from them, so i will be posting the emails i sent to them on this forum and hope i get a better responseInfo on player and location

Hello,
Im emailing you for several Reasons, one Being because I did not receive 2 rewards from the 7 days gift pack,
also i came back to play one day and it seemed that some of my coupons was missing, but im not nearly as worried about that as i am other things, i just remember thinking that i was missing some, somehow
there is also bugs with the Hueco Mondo Attack, where u cant start the attack, no matter what u do, i have heard many, many customers complaining about this
especially on the forums, and i havent seen a response from gogames/me yet, i mean at least tell us u understand whats going on and are actually trying to fix it, because we are missing so many hueco mondo coins from this, and we will be set back from getting another partner in the game, and if someone else who didnt have this problem will be getting better than the rest of the ppl who have experienced this bug
Also we didnt get the 7days login rewards
The first one I did not receive is the Zanpakuto, on day 3
the next one I didn’t receive is the day 7 - gold ichigo kurosaki
and im starting to think I may not have received the day 5 one also because it seems like the rewards that are advertised are the ones that ppl arent getting,
I know im not the only one on my server that hasn’t gotten theirs, I have heard of several that hasn’t
if u could correct this swiftly that would be greatly appreciated, because I just started getting into this game i topped up to support this game and the least u can do is make sure the game run properly or at least let the customers and players know whats going on so we know u are on top of everything and are rectifying the situation or atleast respond to some of the questions on the forum, because I went VIP a couple times and bought gold and stayed on for 7 days straight in no small part due to receiving those rewards
now because of this bug, we havent been able to raise the partner we was supposed to get (ichigo) so he will be under leveled, and behind all the other players and partners in the game, so when u do fix this problem, i would suggest also giving the ppl who were affected a lot of High EXP scrolls
If u could get back to be and let me know whats going on i would really appreciate that

Because probably you didn't check one thing.
Ichigo will not appear as your partner. You get an item, that may change it (probably) named Ichigo Kurosaki in your backpack, It's an icon with Ichigo's face
As for Gegetsuburi. Open the Zanpakuto tab, check if you can "Activate" him. You probably should, because you don't get the zanpakuto, you get a book (like the Wabisuke and all other zanpakuto in the game)
If you checked both those options and still don't have them, you probably should write that in your emails (tho it doesn't meen you'll get any response) its not just me its every one on my server, and actually ive heard alot about this on the forum I wasnt even able to get the seven day sign in. also wasnt able to get rangiku or tobibume when I top up get re fund as these guys are frauding people now
