Lets say you use 130g to cover the worst rewards and draw 50 times for 900g so you will pay 1030 together.. I would guess that there would be some lvl 8 and 10 lvl stones everytime so theoretically there is pretty good chance to get some. And even if you got only one lvl 8 stone per 1030g it would still be worth it because normally you would pay around 1500 +- you would get other stuff.

no the event is a rip off. if you dont clear the color you will ONLY get that reward. lets say if u dont spend 130g to clear the blue row, u will ONLY get blue rewards. and it costs 130 to clear blue row->purple and from purple 1500->yellow.
