Help with formation.

Hi guys i need help with my formation. Im llvl 52 and my team is orihime,rukia,nanao,main(ghost blade) and yachiru. I also have renji and rangiku, and i am vip 4. I wuld like to ask you guys for opinions and toughts.

I voted 1-2-2 , wether it is the best though is highly situational, it is mostly a safe play since you spread the risk. A 1-3-1 formation is really good also since you can really overpower the enemy and generally have a lot of damage in events, in pvp your very vunerable though.  A 1-1-3 is generally not that great, it lacks damage but has a lot of utility, since its pretty niche it might work well in pvp though.

depends what do u plan on running or want to run a 3 assault 1 supp and 1 vg or 2 assaults 2 supp and1 vg or 3 supp 1 assault and 1 vg

1-2-2 is always best in my opinion, with the other 2, the stun risk is far to great.

i now have 1 3 1 , but i think beter is 1 2 2 :)
