lol i recommend talking to Pao vs me about whatever it was ... he was like you need to get blah blah ... and i was like trying to finish getting dressed to leave i think so wasn't paying as much attn as i should have been.
Um if you look carfully you dont have enough basic or advanced mats to upgrade. You are short 2 basic and 6 advanced mats.
That could be the reason you cant modify your partner.
Can we plz fix this bug with the upgrading of the special war powers characters cause it keeps saying dont have the mats but i do here is a SS.

This has been messed up from the beginning we shouldn't have to wait yrs for a fix plz.
Maybe someone should get ahold of the Anonymous and tell them about how this company is ripping of it costumer. they are all about bring down companions that treat there ppl like crap.
