Just tried it with Starrk, and I found it weaker than Revive.
Yup, far weaker for tank. Found out though for heavy aoe's it has the potential to healing more. Put it on my Shinso Gin and it will recover more when he skills. Though the less partners he gets to attack, the less it actually heals him.
