You can't really compare CN to international servers or International to Indo.. there will always be difference which is only fair towards the people in CN and Indo.
As far as 28 tokens you could easily do that with 3k gold.. which should come pretty close towards Joint Task. But I agree JT is the best event and I will patiently wait for that.
i know the currency and cost a living is different but i just hate un attended bugs man.
