who'd use these ideas as partners?

Shuhei Hisagi. lvl 120 tavern red partner.
Spirit Blade
Talent is Kazeshini. Increases strength and agility by a certain percent.
Skill. Reap Kazeshini. Growth rate is 320% attack enemy Assaulters and decreases enemy crit. rate by 40% and increases ally Assaulter's Hit rate by 40% and has a low chance of decreasing enemy assaulter's fury by 15 points.
Growth rates:
STR: 3.6
WIS: 3.2
AGL: 3.5
STM: 3.3
event partner: Hollow Kaname Tosen.
event gold partner. UBP, lucky turntable, and one other event idk witch but hey XD
Spirit blade.
Talent Hollow Mask: increase Agility and Strength by a certain percent and has 5% combo rate.
Skill Suzumushi: Growth rate is 220% Attacks enemy Assaulters and support. increases ally assaulter's attack and Hit rate by 30% for one round and decreases enemy support and assaulter's crit and hit rate by 15%. increases own fury by 30 points.
Growth rates:
STR: 3.5
WIS: 3.1
AGL: 3.4
STM: 3
read these ideas very good. and let me know why you would and wouldnt use them.
i do not know what is up with those extra number's around tosen's thingy. i copied that form the email i sent for them to see. XD so no one ask. why they are there XD no thanks..:) i fixed shuhei. i didnt give out what color he was. want to make sure he'd be used :P yay 4 voted they will XD hopefully gogames will put my idea in the works. do u seriously believe they would ever put an free character with " Growth rate is 320% attack enemy Assaulters and decreases enemy crit. rate by 40% and increases ally Assaulter's Hit rate by 40%".... 320% on Vanguard ... mayyyybyyy ... but definietely not 320% dmg on assulters ...not to mention hit rate decrease ....

oh and if you read it correctly you would see that gets decreased is Crit. rate not hit rate. Hit rate gets an increase. and i was right. the assaulter for lvl 110 as 10% more then my shuhei up there. 330% for uyru. no one else gonna vote if they'd use them? come on. you have to admit the shuhei idea for a red partner would be epic if they ever put any new tavern partners for lvl 120.
