Does buffs break the limit?

Okay so this question's been buggin' me , does buffs exceed the 90% limit? I think Noza Ken increases 55% crit rate after skill, so for example if i already have my Noza Ken at 90% crit limit will that buff exceed it :/ ?

yes it does, if your starrk has 90% block with hyorin it'll become 105 + his skill 120%, but you cant exceed the 90% before a battle unless a mod allows you to.

ya, you can do some crazy stuff, especially in end-game with upgraded nel where most people will have 90%+ break def and block wont really matter.
