What should my next move be

Your formation is looking pretty good. Personally, I'd just focus on keeping your equips decently fortified and maybe get your reiatsu up to 40 if you haven't already so you can fully upgrade your zanpakuto.

I'm putting rukia straight back in at lvl 80 for T1 fury. It's going to be glorious.
