yare and we alrdy cleaned browser and cockies and reinstalled flashplayer and everything else :)

If you cleared catch, tried updating flash player, tried a different browser and nothing is working, it's more than likely a setting somewhere in your PC, I've been trying to investigate into it but have no answers for now, when I asked support about this they mentioned trying on another PC just to see if it works, if that's the case then it's something with the first PC.
