wrong again... what you're counting is false stats are nto calculated by:
1000( for example ) x ( 3.3 +15) +like that you're judging the stats + % which is a false calculation

How does one get isshin for 12k gold? I have 21k and i need isshin.

It was there on the Joint Task event..

Was like top up 12k gold and spend 10k gold on stones or anything else.. and you will receive him. (something like that)

You just have to wait for the correct event.

No, cuz you will have to top up 12k gold during the event when you see the prize is Isshin..

but you might be able to get him on other events.. which? Idk.. wait and see
