You cant buy title with gold, you can only get puzzle pieces with points you got from top up.
Try reading event explanation. Only way to get anything from puzzle is to use the points you got from top up. You can not spend any gold on anything from puzzle event. And unless you can provide proof that you can, I will call you a liar. After a min of 3 months being actually active on a daily basis I know what every event does and how they all work.
