Daily sign in reward

I've signed in daily for the pasty 8 days and haven't received a bonus for continuous sign in for the beauty game. Is there a cap or is it a bug?

It's every 3 days and you get +5, the number below the normal daily one's you have left. You can save them up or use them as soon as you get them.
