How to contact support other way?!?!

Hi there.
I send mail to [email protected] 2 days ago about email exchange for my account and one ingame problem... and still don't have a respond... How this support works? or maybe i'm doing something wrong and i need to do something else than just write an email.

pretty sure your not supposed to exchange accounts its against the rules. if that's what your trying to say. and if not support is prob too busy and takes a while sometimes.

nope i don't want to exchange accounts. I just wanna ask if it's possible to exchange email attached to account to another email. Ok so i need to wait more then. Hope soon they will have time for resp.
