Does somebody know the hitrate needed cuz i have 154 but i can't touch it at all

Around 200% optimal, 190 is enough though.. Use that eagle title which gives +20% hit and if you still dont have enough then try to use main with skill which gives 100% chance to hit.. It gives you the bonus even if you miss with that skill.
