My question, which is better lto get with 4000 gold. Level 100 ultimate gear set from reio (cyclone I think), or sogyo no kotowari. Which is better?

sogyo if you have dark rukia or cute orihime. otherwise lvl 100 gear and no worries lol

You should only get Sogyo if you get Inoue as well.
Don't bother going for Drukia anymore since Inoue is here and a lot better. I personally would buy stones instead of ultimate gear.

Yes it is but Reio usually stays the same for a few times. It just happen to change during the last Reio so I'm assuming it will stay like this for a while.
