UBP event rank

i play on server EU 119 and US 169.  for the ranking on EU119 its only people on my server but on US 169 it has people from other servers.  can anyone tell me why that is.  is it a bug or the EU and US servers set up different.

I guess different set up... US had that long time ago.

that is really messed up. i mean my server is only 10 day old how can we stand a chance against servers that have been up for months
