Neither mine Toshiro is T1 but when he becomes T1 with enough speed,he'll be pretty good imo. I just wish his skill worked on hollow souls but meh,it doesn't :(

lol I don't think most partner skills work on hollow souls, I think they're immune to almost everything.
Yea I'm happy with my Toshiro, he comes in very useful in arena and CSB :) if I had a shini yoruichi that would be better but hey lol, beggars can't be choosers

D toshi is the only kind of replacement for harribel/gin there is... and even D toshi is ONLY good if you can stop the enemies supports to prevent fury builders. His best attribute is that his skill hits 100% of the time. however it does NOT work in soul map... control does on several of them tho... so toshi is ALMOST useless...

is's still a lot of golden reshi to lvl up Harribel from lv65 to lv86, and i wouldn't get Toshiro since he sux at pvp (unless he's upgraded), not to mention his uselessness in King of Hollow Souls...
