I bet that your vanguard isnt one that a f2p can build :D
The funny thing is that my oponents are eighter 200k bp less(with shini yoru and shini urahara t1,good team but weak built) or 200k bp more(with op team that i can win with lucky stuns) and i could win them recently :D

That's probably because fury stones don't give BP points + they tend to stack a few stones on 1-2chars ;)

Uruhara --> Gin = Counter AS
So what you're gonna have to run is a 3-1-1

3-1-1 formation wouldnt be that bad,but considering that i'm kido class,and i try to 1shot enemy team with 10th skill,it'll be troublesome to make another lvl 7-8 wisdom stones set.

Control characters don't neccesarily need dmg, they are there for the control ;)

I am chosing between 2 formations:
1) 1-1-3,hollowed ichigo-main(kido)-kisuke-gin-aizen
where i have to synthesize all my wisdom stones and make
2 sets of high lvl stones,one for main and one for another suporter(when i'll swith to retsu),
synthesize all agility spirit stones to make 3 high lvl stones just for 3 suports,
and strenght stones all to my vg

no need to make any changes with spirit stones
