Hogyoku-Kai Zanpaku-to

Hey guys, since I'm a mid-level player in-game, I want to know what the Hogyoku-Kai Upgraded Zanpaku-to look like. And any Zanpaku-to that aren't supposed to have a Bankai yet. Please post pictures or describe them in great detail because I find it very intriguing!
