SWP Ulquiorra - Crit %
I modded him and let him surpass 90%. So I gave him some good crit stones, but I figures it doesnt pass the 100% limit.It's weird, when other characters surpassed their 90% cap, and they can go pass 100%. Why not Ulquiorra?
i haven't completed any of the crit hit tiers, so i havent seen. but you are telling that crit hit can go over 100% after that cap tier is upgraded? his 2nd form boosts crit by 10% and max is 90 without the mods.. so 100 is all he can get, you cant get past it BurakCinar replied at 2015-5-26 09:25 static/image/common/back.gif

thats what i had in mind. cool So that "Add extra 10% Crit Rate" is meant by adding 10% of critical limit (100% cap) Instead of having that mod will add 10% crit rate to that character and the character can surpass 90% limit and go up to whatever you can make him?

Yeah, its the same with Sexy Yoruichi. Her third mod adds an extra 8% crit rate so her max after is 98%
