Do the 'Levels/Hp' of Ryoka in the event increase with the level of the top player in a Server? I'm Guessing No.
If my Guess is correct, then all you have to do is be strong enough to One-shot the Ryokas yourself. Believe me, with enough grind its quite possible (have been experimented on another game). So there is not really a point in changing the systematics of this Event.
And if it does increase with the player's level (Which I highly doubt) then your suggestion has 'Some' merit. However forcing a cooldown after kills won't really benefit anyone 'Much' 'cause it gets added to both sides weak/strong and next you'll be asking for a cooldown remover for f2p players which is just nonsensical. As mentioned above, it is a 'P2W' game, so it's only natural that the VIPs get exclusive perks during game-play.
Lastly, I can't really find an option that suits my mindset on this whole suggestion, as the way you stated those options are somewhat rudimentary/crude in manner, so I won't be voting.

you're comparing the wrong thing... you cant compare stocks in this situation... cause no one is investing into the event to gain more from it, you make less sense than "everythingswrong" and he has surely proven himself to be idiotic within the passed few days, no idea how he is a forum admin, seeing as he comes to just trash talk the community, nothing more, he provides no input or feedback or anything for that matter, i wish i could ban him from posting on my posts
