*Used PaymentWall And Didnt Receive my TopUp

Sometimes when I purchase gold, it appears in my mail and I have to accept the attachment before  the gold goes into inventory thing.
Well I think I may have deleted the Mail with its Purchase Attachment by accident.    Usually I get the Mail with the attachment instantly or the gold is  just there . But when I made a payment for gold I accidentally deleted my mail trying to check if I had received it. . .  and I haven't gotten any gold for my payment/purchase yet. I have a screen shot saved of my Online Purchase Receipt if that'll help in me getting my gold  I used PaymentWall for my payment. Is there there any possibility in getting my gold?.... I'm really not sure if i deleted or i just didn't receive it...am I able to get reimbursed if I did delete it please?
