RIPOFF???
hi sry to bother you i top-up like 15 bucks with paypal account , with your new metod and its bugged or a rip off ...i top-up and i didnt get anything in game
i canceled the transaction and didnt get anything back
so in conclusion i lost 15$ and i didnt get anything in return then a whole in my pocket ...
now if can some one answear me why did that happen would be very nice and very polite on your side
also if you can help me with that problem it would be twice as nice , if you cant return my money at least top me up for those 15$ i just used

when you pay with paypal on offgamers, after you have paid with paypal. you have to look on the offgamers site for the status of the transaction. It might have required you to do some verification of some sort. After the status is complete on the offgamers site. you might have to wait up to 30min before it appears ingame.
I did a topup via paypal through there. and it went succesfully through after some verification and a bit wait time. Genophage replied at 2015-6-5 06:11 static/image/common/back.gif

yeah i did those to but the problem is i did it yestarday , and i got no top-up in 10 hours or so ..
