it stack but there is no use for combo rate cuz it do not give you more dmg it just give you 1 extra attack and there is limt for extra attack you can attack twis per round you can not attack more than that

yep if you have isshin you have the limt for extra round you do not need more than that

Not in the cities obviously. But in the outback kangaroos are actually kind of a pest. There are a lot of them.
