why?
you have improved someone? i'd rather they leave SWP as it is
if they change the fragments, they might change the VIP levels needed also

5 fragments get per day(This is an example Daiguren Toshiro Hitsugaya), Zaraki and Ulquiorra too 5 fragments get per day There goes GoGames claim that they only copy and pastes stuff from cn servers. Plainly you can see they can mod the numbers needed for stuff. what would you rather have? a lot of mod requirements? or increased VIP levels?
the only shorter one is Noza which is VIP 1 there, and i'm pretty sure Aizen stays the same
upgraded Renji is VIP 2 there they will fix it when new partner quincy yhwach release :D
