Treasure puzzle or map?

Hello can somebody tell me when one event is the cheapest to get event partners will come in? I saved 3800 gold for it. And does anyone know what the price is and is it worth getting and spend gold?

reio is kind of cool, you can get  cute ori/sxy yoru + 1000gear set and 4x lvl 7 stone for around 6k

like he said ^ + you want to  directly buy then wait for lucky turntable till we have cute orihime and other guys there or T. map is good too anyway if you dun have hyorin make sure you get him from T. map before any partner
