I can't find Shin Ulquiorra tokens!

I've just reached lvl 90 two days ago and yet, I can't find it. Could anyone help me, please?

i believe its lead lvl+15, so you should reach lvl 95 to see ulq tokens. it was always lead lvl +15 for me to see the required tokens .

weird, aizen i saw at lvl 105(lead lvl 90) only and and kenny(lead lvl 85) at 100 :-/

I can see them now at lvl 91. But it took two days of me being lvl 91.
