server outage, then bp drop

s41 went down for a bit this morning, not that big a deal, what IS a big deal is my bp dropped 22 thousand points.  any ideas what's going on?

if its down for any amount of time you can b sure something changed look for new things and decide what fked ya lol but ya this has been verified as a nerf to shinji mod for 2 more mods not even available yet
