Yeah after you buy it, it just shows up in the place i marked with the circle. Best part is that is doesn't take up any bag space :)

It's permanent for the level set.
so here the stone is for any lvl 90 set. it isn't specific to one eq set, but to any set that is for lvl 90.
Yes certain lv protection stone is permanent to any certain lv gears that are same lv type as protection stone lv. EX lv 70 protection stone=lv70 gears
