Can't upgrade rank

Im currently 10th Division Lieutenant, i have currently have 13,328 prestige and the required prestige to become 10th Division Captain is 2,672. That is more than enough but i cant upgrade and i dont know why! HELP ME PLEASE!!

Can you post a screenshot of your rank screen please? Also the required prestige to be 10th Captain rank is 16,000.

Nevermind no screenshot needed, you are looking at the wrong number, you are looking at the prestige still NEEDED to reach the required number to rank up. You still need 2,672.

Required prestige for 10 Div. Captain is 16000 check again the numbers maybe you just misread it.You still need more prestige to upgrade to next 10 Div. Captain.
