Tried looking it up everywhere couldn't find, or maybe I'm just bad at searching.What does it drop excatly?

i am guessing. maybe something required at last lvl. yeah lets hope for someone to buy it hehe im guessing its mod soul fragments . considering the name is similar to the ones from daily tasks . id expect it to be all nel and mizuki fragments but dont quote me on it for 5k

I say it's the MOD fragments from event partners... Okay the Golden Enchant stones are so OP its not even funny
It gives
8% chance imune silence
8% stun imune
8% chance to stun
8% chance to silence
20% crit damage
last one I didn't see effect but it has something to do with stun as well
Maybe ill get the 5k pack to see what the Almighty chest is
