cant log on game

so a friend cant log on game due to he only can log on from facebook. but his account is disabled when he goes to facebook and cant log on game now any suggestions on what might be the trouble?

well, the staff will have to convert a facebook account into a standalone account (attached to an email).
I'm not sure whether the staff is willing to do such thing. You could always send them an email at [email protected]

yes I kinda had a feeling about that. I think he is just gonna have to get a hold of support from facebook. cause that seems to be the reason he can not play.
