How to get the tools needed to forge equipment

I am trying to make some Jibakurei equipment, but I can't seem to find specific materials to make them,

where can I find them?

You can do Instance and I believe you get chests from the arena that give you material chests based on your level. Guild chests/Epic chests also give the materials needed. In edition to those materials you'll need special stones that you can acquire simply by challenging random levels in a random map.
