Isshin cuz he's one of the best for pvp and probably is the best for pve

guys can i ask u that why i cant buy toshiro coupons when i am lvl 70? i just can buy renji and grimmjow cp. why i cant get toshi cp's?

I'm lvl 66 and I have Isshin, he's a beast. he increased my PvE damage a lot especially in Ryoka Attack and Evil spirit because of Extra turns. >.<

About Yamamto I don't know his ability but I know Isshin is a beast in PvP/PvE
