You need to be VIP 6 I believe for SWP Aizen, so your list is off a bit since it's making it look like he's free. :(
for f2p and low vips i think gamuza nelliel(for pvp) have the best evo and for pve shura kenpachi when u reach 4k stones
when they add new tavern partners probably nelliel may not be that good but for sure kenpachi will remain powerful in pve :)

Ulima Aizen is VIP 6. The Aizen that I was talking about was the CSB one.
