From what I can deduce is that no zanpakuto will stack with a partners buff that is the same kind. ...
i think the buff stacking was a test run... and it didn't go as well as they thought

I'm thinking just have all the partners and Zanpakuto stack once.
I.E
D.Rukia buffs 12%
Main w/ Satan's Hurt 12%
Zangetsu 12%
Stack the buffs if they come from different characters, but if they skill again then overwrite the last buff they gave so that it will stay 12 x3. And not shoot up so high you one-shot the ES.
