Gotei Shield

Hello guys. When i checked the reward chests in CSB, for 3rd reward chests, I found this Gotei Shield. Does anyone know what Gotei Shield is suppose to be for? I never seen this before. Please fill me in information about this if u know this

Oh yeah i think i got it. I need to be in S position so i can see it. That means since i am S, i need to defeat 3rd rows, i can get that Title.

yeah there are titles for S,SS,SSS too.
